The movenpick anwar al madinah is an excellent hotel for everyone coming to Madinah! Its right in front of one of the gates of the Masjid Nabawi so we were able to rush to prayers at the last minute and still easily find a spot. The breakfast is extensive and really good too. The service is perfect! A special thank you to Rayan Fawaz at the reception desk for making us feel so welcome and taking such good care of us! He immediately put us at ease, was able to upgrade us and offered advice on places to eat and sites to see. I would highly recommend looking out for Rayan as he was amazing! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience, from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Mehsal at reception—he was incredibly kind, always greeted us with a warm smile, and went above and beyond to assist us. The entire team was exceptionally helpfull and attentive, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and provided excellent service in every aspect. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

From the location which was literally a one minute walk to the masjid, to the facilities and most importantly, the impeccable service I received from staff. A special shout out goes to AbdulAziz Al Juwayni (forgive me if I've got the name slightly wrong). He was exceptional and so welcoming and friendly. May Allah preserve him! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel in the foreseeable future for all of my trips to Madinah in sha Allah!

We booked 2 rooms, one room was fine however the other room was very outdated and the quality wasn’t great. After requesting around 4 times, we were able to be shifted to the more renovated tower and from then the experience was great! Within walking distance to masjid e nabawi and all food options! Rooms cleaning was daily and really good

Reciption lady who checked me in, was very nice, then her college was very tough and unfriendly, if I decided not to go ever to same hote will be because of him.....they must choose their crew....
